My only success when reading messages in OE5 with jaws is with the use of
the jaws cursor. First, with the use of the pc cursor, I would go to the
message header that I want to read, hit enter and when the message opens,
root jaws to pc cursor, switch to jaws cursor and begin reading from there.
As someone else suggested you will have to have your windows maximized.
After reading the message I would just hit control-delete to delete the
message or control-greaterthan to go to the next message, root jaws to pc
again and begin reading the next message. Is this the method you adopted
when reading the message when you encountered the problem?
If not, you may want to try it up.

Kindest regards
Su hai me
