JFW doesn't recognize the bold button verbally

Hi all:
Now, I have a machine in our lab where JFW says "bold button not found"
and "underlined not found".  When I bold and underline a piece of text
and press "insert plus F" JFW reads the bold but not the underline.  I
suspect that these are two seperate problems but are problems just the
same.  One computer has Word 8 from Office 97 and the other is Word 7.
