Jfw with icq

Hello, I'm new to the list and  subscribed to it because you could say I
am new to jfw. I heard from a friend that one could use icq (a program in
windows that allows you to chat ) I downloaded the files from the jfw
homepage and then downloaded icq from www.icq.com . I'mnot able to get the
files from the jfw homepage to work (it keeps asking me to unzip them .)
Would any of you be able to help me ?
