JFW 3.3 PUBLIC BETA AND KEYBOARD ACCESSIBILITY

After using the beta for five minutes I can safely say that Say All has its
problems.  I can also report the keyboard accessibility feature for NumLock
and CapsLock has ceased working even when I went and reconfigured it.
