Hello listers.
Brian, you wrote:
I've tried keeping the focus on the desktop and moving the Jaws cursor down
to the graphics in question, which works fine, but when I hit INSERT-g, JFW
reports back that the Jaws cursor must be on a graphic. I know it is,
because the tool-tip is being read.
First, note that tool tips will frequently read out, even when the Jaws
cursor is close to but not upon the graphic in question. You may have to
use the mouse movement commands that, by default, moves the pointer by
increments of 3 pixels, to locate the cursor exactly where you want it to
be. Alternatively, you may use the invisible cursor by routing it to the
Jaws cursor, once placed, then moving the Jaws cursor slightly away.
Neither of the latter procedures should, in principle, be necessary but at
times, they are. Good luck.
Regards.
