Actually, I think HJ was trying to give us access to what sighted people
can get to by typing Ctrl-Alt-Del:  a list of ALL active tasks, not just
the ones on the task bar.  Since a lot of us were complaining that speech
is lost when Ctrl-Alt-Del is typed, I consider this a step in the right
direction.  If you just want to get a list of taskbar tasks, just use the
task bar. :-)
