Hi, John, I have nothing to suggest for your problem unfortunately, but what do you mean by Outlook 97? Im only familiar with just plain Outlook Express, is that the same thing? Were you able to reinstall Windows95 independent of sighted help? I'm contemplating reinstalling it & I'm somewhat hesitant, for fear of making things worse. I have reinstalled IE & OE successfully several times without assistance & feel confident. I wish I were as confident about Windows95. Please let me know.
