Helo, Robert when you check this box the 'Jfwkeybd.vxd' is no longer loaded
when jfw 3.3 starts.  You need the 'Jfwkeybd.vxd' to use jfw in a dos
window among other things of which I am not clear.  Checking this box also
helps with the stickeykey feature of the accessability control panel.
