Hi,
When I am on my desktop and I press the first letter of a program I want,
after a couple programs beginning with the same letter have been announced,
jaws 3.3 will say scroll down or left/right scroll bar. Any ideas as to
why or how to fix it? I wrote to the bug report address but they don't
offer support. I have not had this happen in 3.2. Also, I am training
someone, and when she starts up and tabs, the first tab may say start
button, then toolbar and when she gets to taskbar, jaws says left/right
scrollbar. We are both using laptops. I'm not sure if this does this on
my regular computer.
