Hello all: Here are two questions for Excel experts on the list: 1. Is there a keyboard command to activate the Cross-cursor? How can it be used to insert sequential numbering? For example, if cells a1-a10 have to be numbered sequentially, sighted users number the first two cells or so manually and then hold down the control key and drag the mouse from the last numbered cell to the first cell of the desired row. Is there a keyboard equivalent to this action? 2. In MS Word, the status line can be read using insert-pagedown key combination. What is the keyboard command for reading the status line in Excel? I recently downloaded an excel file, and tried to determine the exact number of pages the data would fit into. Although it is possible to print the entire file by checking the "print all", I prefer to know the length of the worksheet with data in advance. How can it be determined? Thanks.
