service pack 4

Hello list.  I am running jfw3.2 on a Pentium 400.  I am also using windows
98.  My question is whether or not service pack 4 need to be installed.  I
don't know if service pack 4 is for NT only.

Stand for something; or fall for anything! Larry Smith
