Hi Chris,
I had this very same problem. It seemed that every time I started the
application, the graphics came up with different numbers, and therefore
to labels I had created for them weren't "sticking." I went in and looked
at the .jgf files, and all the labels I had created were there--in fact,
several times since they kept getting assigned to different numbers.
Believe it or not, what eventually ended up solving this problem was
setting my screen colors back to 256. I had set them on 16-bit color, and
when I went back to 256 colors, the problem with the graphics labeling
stopped, and has worked fine since. Hope this helps.
