I hate to tell you but the serial numbers do not have the slightest to do
with downloading of IE 5.0. HJ does not own or have control over a
microsoft product. I would suggest that you use a browser and get off the
many sites available over the net. Browser.com is one of them but they are
all over. You are having trouble probably due to the ftp nature of the
download.
