I am using a DSL connection without any problems. I would not have IE shut
down at all. If you use a DSL connection you are on line all the time
unless you turn the computer off. This one stays on all the time.

Subject: ie4.01, dsl and ie5

Listers,

first off, does any one out there have the ie4.01 scripts? If so, could
some one send them to o me? I would appreciate it.
Second, in ie4, I did bump up my disconnect if idle for 59 minutes. It was
twenty. Is this okay, or would it be better if I just unchecked the
disconnect if idle for box. And, would this just insure not to disconnect
me if idle for whatever amount of time? Is this safe, or is it not safe to
maybe forget and have the system on line for a entire day which I've done
before?

third: Has any one out there used a dsl connection yet? I am thinking on
256 downstream and 64 up stream. I was wondering if this is okay to do
using jfw or should I watch out for anything.

Laastly, how is ie5 working out for every one out there? I may think about
it soon if I see the traffic going down about it. Maybe when you beta
testers give it the thumbs up I will try it.

thaks for your help,

scott
