Hi Kelly.
I hope you have already found out how to solve your problem below. But here is the
solution anyway.
Open configuration manager.
Open the settings menu.
Select the cursor menu item.
The first option in the cursor dialogue should let you turn on the cursor change
option. By default this is turned off.

Hi All,
Is anyone successful at getting cursor/pointer shape announced in the 3.3
beta? The web page indicates the feature has been put back but I can't get
it to work.
