Hi,
Under NT, you must use either an external or a software synthesizer. Internals do not
run on NT. Even with externals, most of
them will not run with NT. Your best bet is probably the DEC-Talk Express. I believe
the Accent SA also works on NT, and
AICOM is offering them at a discounted price.
