Toolbar in Address Book

Hi there again,
I am helping Jon to use his computer with the JFW 3.2. We have the following
problem in Outlook Express Version 4.72.3110.5:
We are in the address book with the Toolbar showing. Pressing Insert-F8 does
not bring up the Toolbar in list-view like it does everywhere else.
Does the group have any suggestions.
