Hi jed and holly:
I have a program and I can't even think of what it's called at the moment,
but It was freeware that I downloaded about a year and a half ago and you
can't get it anymore.  It's very jfw friendly and as long as you have a
real pentium processor works very well to convert wav to mp3.  If y'all can
receive attachments I'll send it along to you privately.
