Hello Again,

Thank you for checking this out on your system. I just wanted to confirm
that others are having the same problem. My frustration is that HJ tech
support will not acknowledge this is a JFW problem even though I have
reported it several times.

I would ask that others try pressing the Print Screen / Scroll Lock / Pause
keys located immediately to the right of the F12 key on most standard
keyboards. If JFW speaks the wrong label, report it to HJ.

I believe that all the problems I have identified with these keys are
related and should be looked into by HJ.
