How does jfw interface with flextalk.

I believe that it is possible to use flex-talk as the synth for jfw, is
this so.  If this is possible, is flex talk accessed as a sappi program?  
Also, when Eloquence verbalizes the character M as in much it pronounces it
as n as in nice.  Has anyone else noticed this problem
