I can give only a generic answer to this, I do not have Soundblaster but
dealt with the same questions with my Diamond Sonic Impact S90. About the
stuttering, I believe that this is a RAM problem. Try turning off
something that is running in the background and see if it does not improve.
As to the individual volume settings, I did this in the Multi-Media item
under Accessories (you know, where Wordpad is). I used a homepage from AOL
with music in the background to set the volume controls.
