Problems with IE5, Urgent! Please help!

Hi Listers,

Don't really know what have I done! Now I cant excess the links in my IE5
and OE 5! Whenever I tab through the links, I cant get any speech. I think I
might have changed some settings.
To further my explaination, I cant use the insert f5, f7 and f9 function.
For example, if I press insert f5, I will get a message stating that the
page cant be reformated.
Can Listers help me please?
