Does anyone know what causes the screen to turn blue, locking up your cursor
keys and becoming completely silent, when the computer is being shut down?
It seems to happen to me after I have been surfing the web.
Doing a soft reboot or a restart using control+alt+delete command does not
work, even if I do it five or six times.
I have to shut the power off at the source and switch it on. Then I do the
scan disk thing before I can load jaws with my hotkey control+alt+j.
Then I close everything out again and shutdown the computer, but I do not do
any web surfing this time. Now it works like it is supposed to work,
shutting the computer off.
