Problems with JFW3.2 and I4.1

Hello all!

The last few times I went on the net, I have experience Jaws 3.2 crashing.
The first time, I pressed the alt f key and JAWS responded.  This time,
Jaws totally crashed.  I had to hit the reset button to restart the
computer.  I also had a similar problem at a another computer.
Whats happening?  Is this a Jaws Problem or I4.01?  I did install the patch
a few months ago. this was 3.21
