Hello,
First make sure that you set the WinFax pro controller to keep running when
exiting .Or to have WinFax icon open when testing.
Second you should set a relevant number of rings before answering the
default should be fine.
Third you should make sure that the com port is set correctly.
Did you succeed to send any faxes?
