Hi Andy,
I would think one interesting test you could do is to get someone sighted
to use the WEB on your machine, under your instruction, without JAWS
loaded, if this is possible. Go to the same pages you usually visit, do
all the same things, for as long as normal and see what happens.
In this way you may be able to isolate the problem a little, at least
showing whether it still occurs without JAWS. If it does then of course
JAWS is in no way to blame.
