Problem solved: You know these new-fangled keyboards with all those extra
buttons on the side and top? Well, one of them was the culprit, and
whatever the program is that runs those things had to be disabled. So that
took care of the problem.

Subject: Volume Ctrl Window appearing in JFW & DecAccess

Hi all:
My boss is using JFW 3.2 with DecAccess32 as his default synthesizer.
Periodically, when he runs Eudora or other programs, a window will pop up
which says Wav Volume, and it has a picture of a sound card or something
like that. When he runs Eloquence, this doesn't happen. I've checked the
Startup Menu and all that remains in there at this point is Norton Antivirus
scheduler and an emergency recovery utility program.
Does anyone have any clue as to why this may be happening and what can be
done about it?
Thank you.

Michael
