There is no script that I know of for support magic, which is the ap in
which alt-down-arrow doesn't work for me without first using the passkey
through option.

What application are you not getting it to work in? I use it frequently in
Notepad and Outlook Express when selecting alternate printers to print
with...no problem! Perhaps if you can give us an app name, we can take a
look at that particular script file and see what it is assigned to.
