Gee, all I did was to add the following lines to the top of the
SayHighlightedText function in my WINHLP32.CSS file:

if (GetWindowSubTypeCode (hwnd) == WT_TREEVIEW) Then
 SayTreeViewLevel ()
 Return
EndIf
