Well I just read the help and it seems that alt-up-arrow and alt-down-arrow
work differently depending upon the context. If you are reading, then they
mean read previous sentence and read next sentence, respectively; otherwise
I guess you close or open a list box. I was in Word today and had to select
a printer; it brought up a list box and I did ok with that.
