Hi Alan and all,

It's a good question: "Why has there been no response from HJ on this matter?

I know (as people have mentioned) that several of us took the trouble to
inform HJ of problems we were having with the scripts for Eudora when
trying out the Beta of JAWS 3.3. I think I said I just didn't like the
scripts because of their verbosity and had therefore reverted to previous
scripts. Others, I know, made comments about their findings. However, HJ
failed to act on our findings and again it has been up to a List member to
find a fix for HJ's scripts. This has meant either individuals altering
HJ's scripts as Dave suggested, or others, like myself, have simply
reverted to the scripts for 3.2.

I am sending a copy of this correspondence to HJ in the hope that we may
get an explanation as to why they didn't fix the scripts for Eudora which,
we all agree, is a popular email package.
