You can trychanging some options in Config Manager. "Speak Window Type First"
is under Text Processing in the Settings Menu. Try unchecking it.

So keystrokes are: Ins+NumberRow6, ALT+S, T. Tab through the fields & change
the checkboxes as desired. ENTER to close. ALT+F4, Yes to save changes.
