tooltips

The speaking of tooltips in jfw 3.30.22 is broken.  When moving the jaws
cursor over the clock in the taskbar for example, I do not hear the date
spoken.  Also, realplayer g2 has tooltips that are no longer spoken.  Looks
like speaking of tooltips has been killed or at least broken.  Is there a
fix and what is it?  Thanks in advance.
