I spoke with HJ tech support and they are escalating my problem. I strongly urge all of you who are having this same problem with illegal operations when closing IE that cause sys tray icons to disappear to call HJ tech support and let them know you are having the same problem. I think it would stand to reason that the more people who come forward the faster they will try to solve the problem.
