History List in Internet Explorer 5 using JFW 3.3

I was just noticing that the old JAWS-specific help we used to like for
Internet Explorer is not present in the configs for IE5.  I was just trying
to open the history in IE5, and I couldn't remember the keystrokes to use.
Insert+H+H didn't mention anything about that history list.  Did they take
that support away?
