Not sure I follow what you are saying...are you in the message when hitting
Tab or Shift+Tab, or in the Message list? Can you attach the file
c:\jfw33\settings\enu\msoe.jss to a message addressed to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and I'll have a look-see.
