This is a fix for the help system such as that used by JFW. On some
computers, depending on the specific versions of various things, you may not
hear the treeview indentation or even the Book and Topic words as you arrow
up and down. If you hear these, or if you're happy enough with the way it
works, don't worry. If you'd rather hear them, install the fix.
