May sound like a stupid question, but why would you want two of the same
script file loaded at the same time? Are you running two versions of JFW at
the same time?

same script out of different file folders, there's no way to tell which
version you're looking at as you switch windows with Control-F6. The script
manager always just shows the script file name in the title bar without any
path info.
