Is Winhlp32 Fixed with the New Patch?

I was just curious if the new patch really did make the topic and book information 
work in Windows Help.  I had already put a fix into my JFW script for WINHLP32, so I 
can't tell if the problem was fixed.  I'm intrigued if they managed to fix the problem 
without publishing a new version of the scripts for the program.
