Setup for 98 and JFW.

Hello Bill Cameron and Listers.

        Some weeks ago, Bill Cameron and Sidney Ordway were good enough to send me
a list of setup procedures for 98 and JFW that, as things would have it, I
have misplaced.  If either Bill or Sidney could forward their remarks to me
again, I would be most appreciative.  Bill's came in the form of a 15-step
set of instructions, if I recall correctly.
