Hi Kelly,

Your efforts with Intuit are appreciated.  I think you are correct when you
state we need a point person to deal with at Intuit.  I don't hear that
commitment coming from your contact.  As I've stated before, this is an
issue for the consumer groups to endorse; we need that kind of clout here.
JFW works with Quicken, but could work better if Intuit would work with HJ
on this.
