it is possible, but it requires some script writing. however, if you are
like ma and have an external synthasizer when you forget to turn it on or
don't have it connected, your pc will freeze. most of the time all you
have to do is plug in and turn onn the synth, but some times you have to
reboot.
what else is fun, is having some different voices for different programs.
there is an easier way to do that. kinda neat, when you go into one app,
the rate of the voice gose faster, but another app the voice goes
slower,changes pitch and louder volume if desired. and if you have the
right synth installed and active, you could even go to another
application and have jaws start speaking spanish to you.
I wish hj would put the speech options in the config manager so we
wouldn't have to manually edit the applications jcf file. it would make
things simpler. if you want to do these things, write back aned let me
know.
