Hello Andrew,
Yes, Carol is correct this can be done. In the JFW3X folders in your start
menu you will find a JAWS icon, and a start JAWS with Eloquence icon. You
should of course use the shortcut pointing to the JAWS icon to start JFW
with the Dec synthesizer. If you know how to set up shortcuts you can put
one on each of these and there you go. If you need help with setting up a
shortcut just let us know what operating system you have and we can help.
Thanks, and good luck,
Jim Ellsworth

Subject: Starting JfW with Dectalk or Eloquence?
Hello Folks,
Does anyone know if it is possible to start JfW 3.3.0.25, either with,
Eloquence or Dectalk PC1 with a short cut key?
What I mean is can I have a short cut to start JfW with Eloquence, which I
have now, and also a short cut to start JfW with Dectalk? That is, two
separate short cuts? The reason I ask is I had a problem with my sound card
this morning and had to fiddle for ages before I could get my faithful old
Dectalk to chatter. Also this would be useful if the computer ever goes into
"safe mode" where Eloquence won't speak.
Any advice would be most useful.
Peace,
Andy
