Here's what to do:
1. press insert+8 to get the keyboard manager.
2. In the list of applications press the letter d until you hear "default"
then press the tab key.
3. Press alt+o to bring up the options menu.
4. Press the letter f to bring up the filters dialog. (You may wish to
press f1 at this point to find out what this does.)
5. In the keys tab (the first one), make sure that either active or all is
selected.
6. In the scripts tab (the next one) make sure that all is selected. Click
on ok to get out of this dialog.
7. Press the letter g until you hear "graphics verbosity".
8. Press control+a to add a keystroke.
9. press the key combination you wish to use and tab to okay.
(Note: if this key is already used, you will get an appropriate message.
Your best bet is to choose no, and choose another key combination.)
10. Hit alt+f4 until you are out of the keyboard manager.
You are done.
