Hi Walter,
I just checked again with the 3.3 Eudora scripts. Reading a line at a
time, blank lines are not verbalized. However, if you go into the
Eudora.jcf file, and choose text processing and check the box to voice
blank lines, they will be announced if you issue the say all command.
Apparently, reading a line at a time does not verbalize a blank line. I
almost always use the read all command, and I've also been back and forth
between scripts for 3.2 and 3.3, and also have now installed Eudora 4.1, so
I'm not certain if any combination ever verbalized blank lines when reading
a line at a time.
