In the new version of jfw. it is control and alt and the letters you
mentioned. This is true at least of the key stroke you need to have what's
in the display spoken. Press the insert key and the letter (h) to hear a
list of all the key strokes. Quite a few of them are no longer the same in
Jfw 3.3.
