Hi, I have not used the HP OfficeJet series, but I use and support
multi-function printers/fax/copiers where I work. I put Braille labels on
the printer's buttons and memorized the menu screens and put them into
Braille. Most of these kinds of multi-function products have managers where
you can set up the functions of the printer without having to set them from
the printer itself. The Xerox products work well with JFW and other speech
programs for this, I'm able to set the time and date and set the number of
rings for the fax to answer the phone, etc. It is also possible to set the
copier resolution and contrast, and what paper size and type you're using
right from the software. Unfortunately, I don't use or support the HP
products, so you would need to contact them directly or perhaps someone on
the list is more knowledgeable. If I can help further, please e-mail me
privately or here if it's JFW related.
