retrieving frames

Hi list,
yesterday I upgraded to JFW 3.3 and I discovered that the frames I made
when using JFW 3.2 no longer work.  I could rebuild them, but is there
something I can copy from my JFW folder so that the frames will be
restored?  I think I'm referring to theJFWFrame.enu folder.
