Um, running qemm these days is a bit of an unnecessary task.
Qemm was designed to give you more memory in dos.
It was never really designed for windows operation. (later versions did include some
functionality that would work in windows95)
Qemm should never be run with windows 98 or windows nt as it will interfere with the
proper operation of windows.
As such, its compatibility (or otherwise) with jfw is really a moot point.
If you're using it with win95, there's no reason to believe that it will interfere
with jaws,
Qemm in its default configuration doesn't toy with video ram etc.
I have it here somewhere, I just don't have a 95 machine to test it on.
All in all though, you're probably better off not running it.
