The JFW 3.3 message voice

I don't know for sure, but I suspect that the message voice can be tied to
any message ... like the one you receive when mail arrives if you have
that feature turned on.  I haven't played with it enough to really know
when it can be used but it's the audio equivalent of having the text
displayed in different colors for sighted people.
